Sandeep Reddy Vanga's latest blockbuster 'Animal' is making headlines not just for its record-breaking success at the box office, but also for the heated discussions surrounding an intimate scene involving Tripti Dimri and Ranbir Kapoor. The film has soared past the Rs 500 crore mark worldwide, with audiences praising Dimri's standout performance alongside a star-studded cast including Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol.

In a recent interview, Tripti Dimri opened up about the much-talked-about scene with Ranbir Kapoor, explaining how she was briefed about it during the script reading. "Sandeep conveyed his vision to shoot the scene aesthetically, akin to 'Beauty and the Beast,' leaving the decision to me on my comfort level. We collaborated on it," shared Dimri.
Despite the buzz, Dimri reflected on her more challenging experiences, comparing the intimacy in 'Animal' to the emotionally taxing rape scenes in 'Bulbbul.' "The scenes in 'Bulbbul' demanded more emotionally as you have to surrender completely, which made this scene in 'Animal' seem less demanding," elaborated the 'Qala' actor.
Dimri also shared insights into the supportive environment created by Ranbir and Sandeep on the set. "Ranbir was attentive, checking in on my comfort frequently. He ensured a limited crew and a focused set, maintaining a comfortable atmosphere," she revealed.
Regarding the criticism surrounding the intimate scene, Tripti acknowledged initial unease but expressed her resolve. "Initially, criticism bothered me as it was new, but I realized my decision to act was mine. As I embraced my role, it became part of my healing process," said Dimri confidently.
